Joe Radwich – Vice President, Partner

Joe RadwichSince 1995 Joe has helped B2B clients use research to address a range of business challenges from evaluating market opportunities to developing effective sales and marketing campaigns. In 1997 Joe began to specialize in B2B technology markets and developed category knowledge in the areas of enterprise software (ERP, BI/Analytics, CRM, SCM, etc.), infrastructure (security, mobile device management, storage, cloud computing, etc.), services (SaaS/Managed Services, BPO, IaaS, systems integration, consulting, etc.) and office productivity (IT consumerization, collaboration platforms, desktop hardware/software).

Joe has a unique talent for deriving client value from each engagement, whether it is by guiding an unfocused client team into articulating a clear objective, or coaxing focus group participants to open up about their real behaviors.

Prior to founding Isurus Joe was an Associate Vice President in the technology practice at Research International and a Senior Analyst at Matousek and Associates. Joe earned his MBA from Assumption College and his BA in Business Administration from Worcester State University.

 

Jeana McNeil – Vice President, Partner

Jeana McNeilJeana brings nearly 20 years of experience conducting strategic market research for companies ranging from the Fortune 500 to start-ups. She works with clients in a range of categories, including technology, healthcare, education, energy, and financial services. Since founding Isurus in 2000, Jeana’s developed strong category expertise in B2B technology, including enterprise software, infrastructure and services. Her work includes engagements focusing on market opportunity assessment, branding and messaging, sales effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

In each engagement, Jeana focuses on actively listening to client needs and ensuring that the research provides insights that help solve the marketing problem, drive the business, and guide actions.

Prior to founding Isurus, Jeana was an Associate Vice President at Research International and a Research Analyst at Cambridge Reports. Jeana started her career as a Research Associate at the Consortium on Financing Higher Education. Jeana holds a BA in Psychology from Wellesley College.
